The Morningside real estate market includes many options. Grand estate homes and modest handsome properties line the boulevards. The single-family homes, upgraded and restored, blend beautifully with the verdant lawns and landscapes. Showcasing many hues of brick, European traditional designs, Tudor styles, Craftsman, and Four Square – each Morningside property stands as a work of art.
Morningside Atlanta homes: Looking closer, one may observe unique custom homes built over the past 80 years. Some have been completely renovated, top to bottom. Buyers consequently find contemporary styles with large windows along the way. Most of the homes feature 2500-4000 square feet and 4/6 bedrooms.
Single-family home prices range from $500,000 to $2.5 million. Brand-new homes are on the higher and of the spectrum. Rare vacant lots begin over $500,000.

Several commercial areas are located throughout Morningside, making shops and unique restaurants easily accessible on foot. Saturday morning Farmer’s Markets provide personable shopping experiences and special events. Within a mile, several major cultural and shopping destinations await discovery.
Neighborhood Amenities
Several natural areas encourage residents to walk through the neighborhood. Morningside Nature Preserve offers 30 acres of natural green space including a one-mile trail through the woods and a bridge over South Fork Peachtree Creek. Daniel Johnson Nature Preserve on the end of Herbert Taylor Park features trails through a 25-acre wooded area. A simple stroll through the neighborhood’s daily streets and beautiful landscapes is refreshing anytime of the year. Of course, Piedmont Park and Atlanta Beltline are also accessible from Morningside.
The Morningside Lenox Park Association hosts events to fund raise for community watch activities. The Association put on the Monumental Ball and “Celebration of Summer.”
Area Schools
Students attend Morningside Elementary School, Inman Middle School, and Grady High School from the Atlanta Public School District. Numerous private schools are also in the area. Emory University, Georgia Tech University, Georgia State University, and the Savannah College of Art and Design are also nearby.
Business & Employment
Adjacent to Atlanta’s major financial districts and close to downtown businesses, Morningside Lenox Park is easy on the commute. Ride a bicycle or walk, hop on the fast train or the freeway to get to work. Major companies are headquartered in Atlanta but this is also an entrepreneurial community with sole proprietorship and small businesses.
